For some people it takes them an entire lifetime to figure things out, for most though they do in stages and through gaining experiences. When a person passes you up it's not because they think you are not good enough, it is more than likely for fear of what could come down the road.

one thing to worry about if you are contributing more and "semi-supporting" him is that you may feel like you are the boss and should always get your way. the money issue may create resentment which leads you to mistreating him and verbally abusing him, and then you feel bad for that and he makes you feel guilty and you end up giving him more money to make up for it. then later you get mad about money again and it never ends. or he starts learning to manipulate you by withholding in certain ways (not necessarily sexually, perhaps emotionally, or just threatening to leave) unless you give him money, and then he just ends up sucking a lot of money out of you.

The problem with that is I have been trying for so long yet as I said no one has been able to help me. So how am I supposed to get better? My primary doctor literally thinks I'm crazy at this point since he thinks nothing is wrong with me when I tell him all my symptoms. It's like why am I being punished for trying to get better. Why can't anyone seem to help me no matter who I go to & all they do is just send me on my way out the door & I'm still stuck with all the same issues. And as I said the longer I wait to try to meet anyone the less options I'll have than I even do now. It's like either way I'm screwed basically.
